Customizing

On our product pages, you will find a number of drop down menu options to customize your piece. Some of these will affect price, such as Size, and others will have no effect on price, such as Stain Color. If you don't see what you're looking for in our product line, please inquire.

Lead Time

All of our products are made by hand, one at a time. Production time on most items is 8 to 10 weeks unless otherwise noted. Bufffalo Green products will generally ship in 2-3 weeks.  Soon after placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with an estimated ship date.

Shipping Options for All Items Over 100 lbs

Free Curbside Delivery is available on all shipments over 100 lbs (most of our furniture) to the contiguous United States.  The shipment will be delivered to your address and you will be responsible for moving the crate(s) from the truck into your home.  Assembly (if necessary) and crate removal is handled by the customer.

Premier In Home Delivery is available on all items over 100lbs to the contiguous United States. This premiere delivery service will bring your shipment into your home, uncrate your items and remove all packaging.  There is a flat charge of $250 for this service.

Shipping for Items Under 100 lbs

UPS Ground-All items in our Buffalo Green series and furniture items under 100 lbs will ship via UPS Ground.
